New Release: Angie McMahon – Missing Me

Australian solo artist Angie McMahon has unveiled an absolute belter of a new track, in the form of Missing Me – the second taster from Angie’s upcoming debut album, which she is currently co-producing with Alex O’Gorman

Take a listen below…

Angie’s honest songwriting and powerful vocals cover the full dynamic spectrum, shifting between gravelly intimacy and pounding rock. Speaking about her latest track, she shares: “‘Missing Me’ is about releasing all that punchy sass and angst that bubbles under the surface when somebody isn’t listening to you, or they’re letting you down, or breaking your heart”

The new single follows the exceptional Slow Moverreleased last year

Since making the move to pursue music full time, Angie has supported the likes of Father John Misty, Meg Mac, and The Shins to name just a few and she’ll embark on a month-long Australia-wide tour with Angus & Julia Stone throughout May. She’s become a regular fixture on the Australian festival circuit having most recently played both Secret Garden Festival and Laneway Festival, whilst tickets for her own headline shows continue to sell fast.
